We want you to enjoy the best night's sleep possible, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all bedding remains in its original, unopened packaging due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging and ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
